Thank you to the 413 people who took part in our User Survey last year.  It was certainly very interesting reading and your responses helped the Board of Trustees when finalising the Trust's plan for the next five years.

There were lots of opportunities for everyone to have their say in free fields and every comment was read, but this means it isn't really possible to share every detail of everyone's responses, but we produced this handy summary so you can see the headlines.

We are very pleased with the feedback on how people rated the quality of the site and how much they valued it being community managed.

We were very surprised to find out so many people had felt afraid when visiting Warley Woods.  However when we looked at the detailled answers many related to a single incident over a life time of visits.  There were reports on more frequent and ongoing concerns which largely related to dogs off leads.  We continue to monitor this situation and take on reports and we have involved Sandwell's Antisocial behaviour team where we have been able to identify particular individuals where action needed to be taken.  If you want to report a concern or learn more about how we manage the site in this regard then please have a look at this page.
