Our comfortable meeting room is situated at the opposte end of the Pavilion to the Shop.  Its window and patio doors open on to a small public terrace, looking out over the golf course to the beautiful woodland beyond.

The Padgham Room can be used for a variety of functions including:

• board meetings
• small social gatherings and parties
• training venue
• childrens activities
• it is also a polling station

Room Availability & Hire Details

Our room is available to hire during our general opening hours, 8am - 7pm (weekdays) 6pm (weekends) in summer, and 8am - 4pm in winter.

The cost to hire the room is £15 per hour.

A flip chart stand is available and a projector and screen can be hired.
Free parking is available.
Disabled Access: Ramps can be provided.
Toilets are available, including for wheelchair users.
Alcohol Licence: No, but users of the room may supply their own drinks for their own use, not for sale
Entertainment Licence: No

Refreshments & Catering
Coffee/Tea-making facilities can be made available (other refreshments are available at the Café)
Catering for buffets can also be arranged if required with Anajen (managers of the cafe)
